Four Generations Behind the Family Mee Suah Brand

As a family mee suah brand, LJMX is defined by the people who kept the craft alive. Low Wenyii began hand-pulling mee suah in 1887. The second and third generations protected the method through war and migration. In 1982 the four Low brothers established the house name “Liu Ci Feng Bao”, a wish for prosperity and abundance. Today Low Che Shen leads the fourth generation, holding the same standard for texture that his great-grandfather set.
